Obituary of Donna Wood

WOOD, Donna unexpectedly at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton early Monday, July 14, 2025.  Donna Wood (nee Gibbons) of Wiarton in her 69th year.  Cherished mother of Justin Wood (Sarah Leney) of North Bay and Amanda Wood (Paul Struyk) of Port Elgin.  Much loved grandmother of Dominic Eldred, Gabriel Wood, Eric Lahey, Jacky Corkum and Dominic Struyk.  Dear sister of Barb Lemont (George) and Angus Gibbons Jr.  Missed by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by parents Bertha (Marriott) and Angus Gibbons.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Wiarton Salvation Army, Edward Street, Wiarton on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth.  Expressions of remembrance to the Wiarton Salvation Army would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.downsandsonfuneralhome.com
