Obituary of Margaret Dier

DIER, Margaret Elva 'Peggie' surrounded by her family at her residence Sunday afternoon March 23, 2014. Peggie Dier (nee Stoneman) in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Dier (Nov. 6, 2013). Loved mother of Bill of RR 1, Williamsford, Jim and wife Diane, Joanne and husband Kevin Horner, all of Chatsworth, Donna and husband Robert 'Bob' Walpole of Chesley, Edward 'Ted' and wife Lori, Kelly and husband Ray McComb and Charles 'Chuck' and wife Tammy, all of Chatsworth. Lovingly remembered by her 24 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Norman Brown of Vineland, Marion Featherstone of Milton, Margaret Subject and husband Walter of Williamsford and Lou Dier and wife Jean of Owen Sound. Predeceased by grandson Lucas Henry Dier, sister Patricia Brown, brother William Stoneman and brothers-in-law David Dier and Ron Featherstone. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the Chatsworth United Church, Chatsworth Thursday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. with Kara McCluskie officiating.
