Obituary of John Gordon Gates

At the Grey Bruce Health Services in Wiarton Tuesday afternoon March 4, 2008. John Gates of R.R.#3, Hepworth at the age of 45. Former husband of Rose Brown. Loving father of Amanda Dew and Daniel Gates both of Edmonton. Lovingly remembered by his two grandchildren. Loved son of Dawn Gates of R.R.#1, Hepworth and the late Richard Gates. Dear brother of Phyllis Highfield of New Brunswick, Paul and his wife Debbie of R.R.#3, Hepworth and Marty of his wife Tammy of R.R.#5, Owen Sound. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Thursday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Funeral Home Friday morning at 11:00 am with Major Grace Young officiating. Spring interment Zion Cemetery.
