Obituary of Elizabeth Ritchie-Moore

Suddenly at home with family by her side Thursday morning December 1, 2011. Liz Moore formerly Liz Ritchie (nee Root) of Sauble Beach in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Bert Moore and the late Gerald Ritchie. Loved mother of Angela Ritchie and her partner Dave Carter, Sean Ritchie and Dustin Ritchie all of Saugeen. Dear step-mother of Lucille Cameron of Saugeen, Tim Moore of Sauble Beach, David Moore of Toronto and Alicia Moore of Sauble Beach. Lovingly remembered by her 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. Dear sister of Roger Wesley, Ronald Root and his wife Janet, Dennis Root and his wife Marian, Leon Root and his partner Charlene, Marilyn Root, Theresa Root and her partner Edwin, David Root, Renita Nawash and Greg Root all of Saugeen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Crawford Root and Maybel (nee Wesley). Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from Zion Amabel United Church, Sauble Beach Monday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. Gerry Hofstetter officiating. Interment Saugeen Village Cemetery.
