Obituary of H. Ross Auliffe

At the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound with family by his side Thursday afternoon September 29, 2011. Ross Auliffe of Sauble Beach, retired police officer, formerly of Guelph in his 80th year. Loving husband of the former Doreen Cole. Loved father of Cathy & Brian of Guelph, Tracey & Dan of Thedford, David & Debbie of Fergus, and Robbin & Kevin of Elora. Lovingly remembered by his 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Muriel Jackson of Dundas and Faye Medley of Hamilton and brother-in-law of Pat Auliffe of Dundas and Annette Auliffe of Cambridge. Predeceased by his two brothers; Carl and Ken, his sister Joyce and brother-in-law William Jackson. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Monday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Sauble Christian Fellowship Church, 25 Southampton Parkway, Sauble Beach Tuesday morning at 11:00 am with Pastor David Oppertshauser officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Nassagaweya Presbyterian Cemetery following cremation.
