Obituary of Raymond Perry

Peacefully at Gateway Haven in Wiarton Monday morning April 2, 2012. Ray Perry of Wiarton in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late former Verna Arseneault and the late former Marion Hill. Dear father of Wilda Gilbert and her husband Blain of Purple Valley, David and his wife Carolyn of Owen Sound, Ron and his wife Patricia of Hepworth, Robert and his wife Jean of Cambridge, Gloria Thomas and her husband Bob, Colleen Thomas and her husband Mike all of Wiarton, Ken and his wife Kim of Owen Sound, Tim and his wife Cathy of Brantford and Patty Millard and her husband Dave of Calgary. Lovingly remembered by 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Leon and his wife Ameillia of Welland. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his 4 brothers; Elgin, Frank, Walt, Lorne and his sister Winnie Cushman. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from Zion Amabel United Church, Sauble Beach Wednesday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. Gerry Hofstetter officiating. Spring interment Edgehill Cemetery, Colpoy's Bay. Memorial contributions to the Wiarton Hospital, Gateway Haven or Cancer Society would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 208 Wiarton will hold a memorial service at the Funeral Home Tuesday evening at 6:45 pm.
