Obituary of Capt. Crawford Warder

Peacefully with family by his side at the Golden Dawn Nursing Home in Lion's Head Wednesday evening August 7, 2012. Captain Crawford Warder of Lion's Head formerly of Sauble Beach in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Elsie Warder (nee Corbett). Dear brother-in-law of Carman White, Frances Warder and Florence Warder all of Lion's Head. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by 4 brothers; Carman, Charlie, Maitland and Harvey and 2 sisters; Violet Warder and Nita White, and his parents Lily (nee Pyke) and Walter Warder. Funeral Service will be conducted from Central United Church in Lion's Head Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Eastnor Cemetery, Lion's Head.
