At Lee Manor in Owen Sound Saturday morning December 22, 2012. Betty Scott (nee Samells) of Owen Sound and Sauble Beach in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of Kenneth A. Scott. Loved mother of son David and his wife Linda of Queenston and daughter Helen of Ancaster. Lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren; Nathan (Jennifer), Dana (Andrew Harber), Matthew (Melanie), Emily and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gwen De Forest and her husband Gerald of Bracebridge. Dear sister-in-law of Donald Scott of R.R.#5, Owen Sound, James Scott and his wife Betty of Stratford, Murray Scott and his wife Helen of R.R.#4, Tara and Jean Davidson and her husband Gerald of Owen Sound. Predeceased by her brother Gordon Samells and his wife Doreen. A Funeral Tribute Service to honor Betty's life will be conducted from Zion Amabel United Church Sauble Beach in the spring and will be announced at a later date. Spring interment Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound. Expressions of remembrance to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation or Zion Amabel United Church, Sauble Beach would be appreciated.
