Obituary of Gladys Kirkland

At Summit Place Nursing Home in Owen Sound Saturday morning June 15, 2013. Gladys Kirkland (nee Forbes) of Owen Sound in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernie Kirkland. Loved mother of Rona Cunningham and her husband Jim of RR 2, Port Elgin. Lovingly remembered by her grandsons Scott and his wife Trish of Tara and Trevor and his wife Lori of Owen Sound and five great grandchildren Tyler, Jenna, Josh, Jamey and Cody. Dear sister of Vi Chambers of Wiarton and sister-in-law of Madeline Forbes of RR 1, Hepworth and Fred Spencer of Sauble Beach. Predeceased by her brother Manley Forbes and sister Elda Spencer. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the funeral home Wednesday morning at 11:00 am with Rev.
