Peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services in Wiarton Thursday morning July 18, 2013. Shirley Kowch (nee Bellows) of Wiarton and formerly of Oliphant in her 71st year. Beloved wife of the late Eugene J. Kowch. Loving mother of Eugene and his spouse Perry of Calgary and Lyndon and his wife Kimberley of Stratford. Lovingly remembered by her 2 grandchildren Matthew and Celia. Dear sister of Joyce Lozinsky, Dennis Bellows and Garry Bellows all of Saskatchewan. Predeceased by her daughter Sherlyn. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth on Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted from St. John's United Church, Wiarton Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
