Obituary of Kenneth Ashbaugh

With family by his side at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound Tuesday morning April 16, 2013. Ken Ashbaugh of R.R.#3 Tara in his 73rd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Cathy Ashbaugh (nee Dunbar). Loved father of Brent of Tara, Derek of Beamsville, Scott of Tara and Travis of Dundas. Dear brother of Dave Ashbaugh (Linda) of B.C. Dear son-in-law of Winnie Dunbar of R.R.#1, Hepworth. Dear brother-in-law of Nancy Dunbar-Sogan (Norm) of R.R.#1 Hepworth and Steven Dunbar of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his aunt Cora Henderson and father-in-law William Dunbar. Ken proudly served his country in the Royal Canadian Engineers from 1958 - 1963 at the rank of sergeant. A Funeral Tribute Service to honor Ken's life will be conducted from the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Saturday morning April 27th at 11:00 am with Major Grace Young officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service. Expressions of remembrance to the Children's Wish Foundation or the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
