Vernon Bird Warmington peacefully with family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services Wiarton Tuesday afternoon June 24, 2014. Vernon Warmington of RR 3, Allenford in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Nadeene 'Deanie' (nee Smith). Dear father of Terry and his wife Colleen of Owen Sound and Cheryl and her husband Bill Jahnke of RR 3, Allenford. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Ryan Warmington and Carly and Brant Marshall and great grandchildren Dylan, Lilyann, James and Chloe. Dear brother of Floyd and his wife Phyllis of Wiarton and Elaine Campbell of Owen Sound. Brother-in-law of Michael Semenciw and his wife Marian of Owen Sound and Bud Boswell of Wiarton. Predeceased by his sister Marie 'Dot' Semenciw. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Micol Cottrell and Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara. Expressions of remembrance to CNIB or Wiarton Hospital would be appreciated.
