Obituary of Elda Spencer

At Mapleview Nursing Home in Owen Sound Monday morning May 27, 2013. Elda Spencer (nee Forbes) of Sauble Beach in her 84th year. Beloved wife of Fred Spencer. Loved mother of Janice Tocheri and husband Brian of Marathon and Mark Spencer and partner Kim of Owen Sound. Lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren; Mikayla, Jacqueline, Dylan, Lauren, Matt and Jesse and one great-grandson Corbin Spencer. Dear sister of Vi Chambers of Wiarton and Gladys Kirkland of Owen Sound. Dear sister-in-law of Mel Spencer and wife Pat of Oliphant, Marg Wardell and husband Jim, Jewel Spencer all of R.R.#1, Shallow Lake and Madeline Forbes of R.R.#1, Hepworth. Predeceased by her son Murray and his wife Heather Spencer, daughter Kathy, brother Manley Forbes, brothers-in-law Ernie Kirkland, Sheldon Spencer and Graham Chambers. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Thursday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Shallow Lake United Church Friday morning at 11:00 am with Rev.
