Suddenly at her residence Monday afternon April 15, 2013. Bertha Gibbons (nee Marriott) of R.R. #1, Hepworth in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Angus Gibbons. Loving mother of Donna Wood of R.R. #1, Hepworth, Barb Lemont of Sauble Beach and Angus of Owen Sound. Lovingly remembered by her 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Evelyn Wall of Barrie and sister-in-law of Lorne Gibbons of R.R.#1, Hepworth, Joan McAskill of Owen Sound, Shirley Krumholtz (Bevin) of R.R. #1, Wyoming, Jeannette Hurst (Robert) of R.R.#4, Wiarton, Fred Gibbons (Margaret) of R.R.#1, Hepworth, Jerry Gibbons of R.R.#3, Allenford, Joseph Gibbons (Cathy) of Sombra, Fran Gibbons of R.R.#1, Hepworth, George Brown (Nancy) of R.R.#1, Wiarton and Howard McAskill of London. Dear niece of Doris Marriott and Edith Blythe both of Owen Sound. Predeceased by an infant brother Ronnie and infant sister Daisy and one great-grandchild. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Thursday from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Sauble Christian Fellowship Church, Sauble Beach Friday morning at 11:00 am with Pastor David Oppertshauser officiating. Spring interment Zion Cemetery.
