Obituary of Elizabeth Eybel

It is with deep sadness the family of Kathleen Eybel wishes to announce her sudden passing on Wednesday September 26, 2007 at Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton. The former Kathleen Fitzsimmons of Sauble Beach in her 73rd year. Beloved wife and best friend of Richard for 53 years. Loving mother of Sharon (Robert) Ralph, Patricia (Shane) Muench and Rick Eybel. Cherished Nana to Corry (Cassie), Courtney (Greg), Robyn, Alysia, Victoria and beloved great-grandmother of Gemini, Alexis, Carter, Hayden and Ethan. She will be sadly missed by her brother Donald Fitzsimmons and her sisters-in-law Shirley McInnis and Ruth Eybel and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her brother Roy Fitzsimmons and parents Tom and Annie Fitzsimmons and brother-in-law Glen Eybel. Our mother lived most of her life in St. Catharines and moved to Sauble Beach in 1985 after our Dad retired from GM. She had many family and friends in this area. Family and friends are welcome to visit at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Sunday September 30th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm thence to Lampman Funeral Home, Fenwick for visitation Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from Lampman Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 pm. Interment North Pelham.
