Peacefully with his family by his side at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Services in Owen Sound Friday morning January 26, 2007. Carl Gates of Owen Sound in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the former Uriel Mole. Loving father of Mark and his wife Mary-Jo of Hamilton. Dear father-in-law of Sandra Gates Catcher and her husband Matthew of Owen Sound. Lovingly remembered by his three grandchildren; Justine, Kelly and Scott. Dear brother-in-law of Roberta Greig of Owen Sound, Joan Dickinson and her husband Edward of R.R.#1, Allenford, Ralph Mole and his wife Florence of R.R.#3, Wiarton, Sandra Mole of Shallow Lake and Lenore Mole of Wiarton. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by a son Blaine and one brother Howard. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Funeral Home Monday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. Mary Turner officiating. Spring interment Zion Cemetery.
