Peacefully at Grey Bruce Residential Hospice Owen Sound Sunday evening November 22, 2015. Cecil McCartney of Owen Sound in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Ottewell Prezio). Loving father of Sheila Johnston of Port Elgin and Michael and his wife Jill Prezio of Shallow Lake. Dear grandfather of Terri, Dustin, Nicolas and Curtis and great grandfather of Jacob. Loving brother of Coralie (Blaine) Harrison of Owen Sound, Emmy (Gerald) Moser of Wiarton, Phyllis McCartney (George Howe) of Wiarton, Leonard of Purple Valley, Marvin of Wiarton, Gerald Bull of Berford Lake and brother-in-law of Vivian Kerr of Nova Scotia. Missed by nieces and nephews Jennifer (Ted) Rallis, Jeff (Yvonne) Harrison, Terry (Bonnie) Moser, Brian (Rose) Moser and Jason Moser. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Keith, Carman, Oliver, Dorothy Weppler and Geraldine Stafford. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. Interment Colpoy's Bay Cemetery.
