Obituary of Marie Elizabeth Philp

PHILP, Marie Elizabeth with family by her side at Owen Sound Hospital Sunday afternoon February 10, 2019.  Marie Philp (nee Walsh) of Owen Sound in her 65th year.  Beloved wife of Ken.  Cherished mother of Chris and his wife Amanda and Lorelie Spencer and her husband Ryan, all of Owen Sound.  Much loved grandmother of Ashton, Daniella and Krystina.  Dear sister of Keith Baumber (Carol), Lynn Thornton (Dale), Gary Baumber (Shelly) and Donna Hall (Randy), all of Owen Sound and John Baumber of Barrie and sister-in-law of Nancy Ottewell (George) of Owen Sound, Leone Hesch (Tim) of Elmvale, Murray Philp (Elaine) of Owen Sound and Betty Ann (Carl) Eyssen of London.  Beloved niece of Helen Kruger of Owen Sound and Bert (Beverly) Osborne of Kitchener.  Missed by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents Irene (Osborne) and Stanley Walsh and brother-in-law Barry Philp.  Family and friends are invited to share memories at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  The funeral service will be conducted from the Sauble Beach United Church on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
