Obituary of Carl Taylor

TAYLOR, John Carlton 'Carl' peacefully at Chapman House, Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce, Owen Sound, Monday, January 4, 2021. Carl Taylor in his 92nd year. Loving husband of Aileen. Dear father of John (Beth), Mike (Cindy), Sandy (Dianne), Brett and Scott (Kelly). Much loved Grandpa of 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Dear brother-in-law of Dee and Orval Burlanyette of Ancaster and David and Joyce Morrison of Scotland. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by parents Anna (nee Hitzroth) and John Sandford Taylor.

Great grandchildren Livia, Finnley, Colbie and Clarke were lucky indeed to have known their great grandfather well.  Carl treasured their visits.  Having his grandchildren Jamie and Brandon and their children living next door to him provided many happy times and mutual support.  Carl loved Gould Lake and was fortunate enough to live out his life there.  Four generations gathering over the past years meant so much to us all.
