Obituary of Jack Grewar

GREWAR, Jack Archer peacefully at Owen Sound Hospital surrounded by love and support - and listening to Willie's Roadhouse - on Thursday, December 21, 2023.  Jack Grewar of Sauble Beach and formerly of Listowel in his 87th year.  Beloved husband of the late Diane Grewar (2021).  Cherished father of Pam of Toronto.  Dear brother-in-law of Lois Grewar of B.C. and uncle of Brad Grewar of Sauble Beach, Nancy Merritt of B.C., John Borton (Cathy) of Listowel, Tricia Camins (Marty) of Kitchener-Waterloo and Jarrett Kuepfer (Tracey) of Kitchener-Waterloo.  Predeceased by parents Nettie (nee Galbraith) and Archer Grewar, brother Kinloch Grewar and brother-in-law John Borton.  Jack will forever be remembered for his quick smile and friendly disposition. 

Family and friends are invited to share memories at the Sauble Beach United Church on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m.  The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 586 will conduct a Legion Service at 11:00 a.m.  The funeral service will be conducted immediately following the Legion service.  Interment Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.  Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth.  Expressions of remembrance to Sauble Beach United Church or the Hepworth Legion Building Fund would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.downsandsonfuneralhome.com
