Obituary of Lorne Gibbons

GIBBONS, 'Lorne' Lawrence Allen peacefully at Wiarton Hospital late Wednesday evening March 6, 2024.  Lorne Gibbons of Hepworth in his 89th year.  Cherished father of Russell (Josie) of Keady, Louise Charlton (dec March 7, 2024) (Herb) of Owen Sound, Darlene Doig (Paul) of Alberta, Brian (Tracy) of Coburg, Carol Kilday (Kenny) of Port Elgin, Mary Miller (Sam) of Meaford, Allen (Denise) of Wiarton and Ryan (Katelynn) of Hepworth.  Much loved grandfather of 21 and great grandfather of 36.  Dear brother of Shirley Krumholtz (Bev), Jeannette Hurst (Robert pre), Fred Gibbons (Marg) and Joe Gibbons.  Missed by several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by parents Beatrice (nee Uhrig) and Russell Gibbons, brothers Gerry (Joan), John (Fran), Angus (Bertha), sisters Betty Brown and Joan MacAskill (Howard) and great granddaughter Sierra.
