Obituary of John Cruickshank

CRUICKSHANK, John Alexander peacefully at Southampton Care Centre on Monday, September 16, 2024. John Cruickshank of Allenford in his 91st year.  Beloved husband of the late Carolyn Cruickshank (nee Smith) (2020). Cherished father of Wayne Cruickshank (Gladys) of Alberta, Gerald Cruickshank (Paula) of Tara, David (pre) and Steve Cruickshank of Allenford.  Much loved grandfather of Nicole (Colton), Melissa (Brad), Katie (Julian), Jessica (Jesse), Matthew, Shane, Kayla (Zack) and Brittany (Dustin) and great grandfather of 13.  Dear brother of Bob Cruickshank (Eileen) and brother-in-law of Marjorie Cruickshank.  Predeceased by parents Mabel Jean (nee MacIntosh) and Thorold Cruickshank and brother Jim.

Family and friends are invited to share memories at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth on Friday, September 20th from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted at Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara on Friday at 2:30 p.m.  Expressions of remembrance to the Southampton Care Centre would be appreciated.
